What does 10:1 actually mean?
Each coach works with a maximum of 10 clients per cohort. You're not in a 200-person Facebook group watching a pre-recorded video and calling it coaching. You're in a group small enough that your coach knows your name, your goal, and your current week of training.
Is this the same as 1:1 coaching?
No. Cohort coaching is group-based — up to 10 clients per coach per goal category. If you need full individual attention and a personalised weekly check-in, our 1:1 coaching offer is the right fit. Raise it during the consult — we'll tell you honestly which one suits your situation.
What if I can't make the weekly Zoom?
Every session is summarised and reposted. You won't fall behind because of a schedule clash — but consistent attendance is where the accountability lives. Show up when you can.
Can I join if I don't live near the gym?
Yes. Cohort Only is fully remote — program in your app, check-ins on Zoom, group accessible wherever you are. We have clients across Southeast Queensland and beyond. Geography doesn't exclude you from the standard.
What if it's not the right fit after I start?
Seven days notice to change. If cohort coaching isn't the right level of support, we'll move you to something that is. No friction, no penalty.
What does the consult actually involve?
We listen before we talk. You'll walk us through your goal and your training history. We'll give you a program outline before a dollar changes hands — that's not a tactic, it's how we've operated since 2019. If it's not the right fit, we'll tell you that too.
